Continuing its growth in the energy sector, Ortadogu Energy Group started measurements in 2012 in accordance with the “Poyrazgölü Wind Energy Plant” project located in Sinop, which was developed jointly with Demirer Holding, which is experienced in this field.Poyrazgolu Wind Energy Plant started production in 2015. The Poyrazgölü Wind Energy Plant project will have a 30 MW installed power with 15 Enercon turbines, each 2,000 kW. Due to this wind energy plant, it is expected for 77 million kWh of electricity to be produced in a year and for 32,000 houses to be provided with this electricity. Our Poyrazgölü Wind Energy Plant will also perform 50,000 ton carbon dioxide emission reduction. Poyrazgölü WPP has been transferred by our company as of 2022.
